Location : right in front of Osaka Fukushima station so quite difficult to miss. Reception : longest waiting time was around 1 minute for enquiries so no complaints. We spoke Japanese at the reception but cannot judge the English level but another part of my family arrived earlier (not Japanese speakers) and they apparently didn't have any trouble Room key : the only criticism (very small one) I could find is the fact that you only get 1 key for the room compared to the standard "2 keys of 2 people stay" which pretty much forces you to give the key at the reception if you're going to spit for visits at some point. But since the wait at the reception is very short, it never felt like a real problem. Room: the wall has a few stains here and there, but aside from that, it didn't feel unclean. We got a smoking room although we would have preferred non-smoking (the reservation said something like "there's a chance you'll get a smoking room" so unless yours says clearly mon smoking, you'll probably get a room smelling like cigarette. Small complain about the location of electric sockets, which aren't really near the bed (about 1.5m away) so if someone has a phone on very low battery and is wants to plan the next day of visits from the bed will be difficult Wi-Fi : never felt slow during our stay (only used late at night and early in morning) Breakfast : the western part is very fat (French fries, nuggets, sausages, bacon) and missing a bit of diversity in the pastry section (only bread, croissant and one other kind of pastry), but there's also vegetables to vary stuff a bit so it was OK. Did not try the Japanese style breakfast (as I'm living in Japan so my vacations consist in western breakfast)

Recommend the Korean restaurant on B1, super delicious and the prices are excellent... Perfect if you're on a budget. The hotel is just over the road from Fukushima station, super easy to get to. There's also a Tully's coffee shop in the first floor which is also a good place to relax

Nice to have in room spring water. Near to many eating places though not much english menu available. On the right of the hotel is a popular branch of traditional red bean pancake. Eat it hot. Very close to JR fukushima station.

The hotel is convenient and close to the station. Good for travelers who like to spend their night at big city! The hotel room is clean and not noisy. Near the hotel there's a lot of restaurants, convenient stores, fast food, and karaoke box. So enough for enjoy the night time.! Also it's close to the Osaka station and still on one way to the USJ (Universal Studio Japan).
