So delicious that it is probably the best unagi I've ever had. We waited for almost 3 hours for a table, but it was totally worthy! Definitely visit here when you come to Nagoya!

Unagi itself it's just so so, and the thinnest among all I have tasted. Mitsumabushi doesn't really make the meal any better. Thursday about 6:15, no line. 7:00 over 50 people waiting.

Simply amazing. Waited two hours as it was a public holiday but it was worth it - crispy eel skin which was slightly charred but not in an unpleasant way, with oh-so-tasty flesh beneath. The three steps of eating hitsumabushi really complemented each other perfectly. I don't usually like wasabi but found that the wasabi in this dish further enhanced the flavours of the unagi with the rice

Charcoal grilled eel from fresh. The smoky flavor is strong. The eel is juicy and thick. Worth the one hour long queue!
