豚骨の香りが強いこってり系ラーメンです。
野生！っていう感じで臭いも旨味もぎゅっと濃縮されてて美味しいです。
赤のラーメンはラー油と唐辛子が効いててピリ辛です。
赤は通常のラーメンにラー油と唐辛子を入れてると思うのですが、辛さが強いのでこってり具合ではノーマルのほうが強く感じます。
高菜、しょうが、にんにく等揃っています

My first hakata ramen. Very thick soup that you can also blend with other spices on the table. Extremely crowded around lunch time.

but did not like to share a table with other customer which I had to,
