I think they are very relaxed in their prime location. They will get customers no matter what. That doesn't excuse poor customer service, bordering on the aggressive, for what could be a great little cafe. Plenty other cafes that value the tourist Euro - Avoid.

The staffs are quite rude; food is average. One can definitely find better food at better price near Piazza Erbe.

5 stars for breakfast. Had a cappuccino and a chocolate croissant. Very good!! Plenty of variety. Price is normal, not high.
