Its a good place with a park ambience. This outlet is facing a Tribeca Park which provide a good outdoor view.

It's a good place for friends or family gathering. The food was great, although we waited a little too long for the food to be served. Better make a reservation in advance because when it gets busy, you will have to be in the waiting list.
