Absolutely amazing people very nice place to stay and have a few nights in with great food and good company. Sandy Giannis and Marios you are first class

All the guests are very friendly and mostly English too. The rooms are clean with a full size fridge,and 2 ring hob, always hot showers, the food is beautiful and cheap too, €6 for a full english breakfast, or cheese burger or pizza, yannis and sandy really make you feel like your friends and family, that's probably why its a happy and friendly place to stay, right from our first night offering and ordering us a takeaway as we arrived at 8.30pm and had little mouthes to feed, right up to our last night yannis brought out free sambuka,. And every day during the holiday always welcoming, I would come here again and recommend it to my family and friends too, the hotels in a lovely short walk to the beach, shops, bars and beautiful restaurants too, up town €35 - €60 for a beautiful 3 course Greek meal for a family of 4 depending on whether you ordered water or wine and fizzy drinks, (we usually shared 2 garlic bread starters, ordered 4 meals and most often than not free desert, ice cream or cakes, free drinks, free water melon) I got the impression the Greek restaurants in tsylivi didn't want you to leave as customers drew more customers. Win win. The beach and sea is beautiful, turtle boat trips €15 each and the little ones are free, fantastic holiday had by all tsylivi is beautiful

Nice place, basic kitchen so no cooking but why bother with all those nice restaurants nearby! Excellent hosts aswell

First this is not a 5 star hotel. For the price you pay you get a cosy hotel, basic yes but with all essentials in a perfect location. It is a 5 minute walk down one road to the bars, pubs, shops and restaurants and it is a nice walk too. The hotel is right on the edge of the busy town so you are far enough for peace and quiet but near enough for convenience. The view from my balcony at sunset was amazing and I would have paid more for that alone. Yiannis and sandy are laid back and so welcoming. You can chat with them about anything, chit chat or deep conversations and they look out for you too while your on the island. You will be left to enjoy your holiday but are always greeted and made to feel like it is your home away from home. No issues at all with my room, like I said basic as you expect with the price but clean, tidy, efficient and WiFi, air con and deposit box are all available. When I return to zante I will be coming back to sandy maria! I advise you to book and hope that you enjoy as much as I did.
