Lovely cassoulet dinner. I've had cassoulet before but this was the first goose one, and absolutely delicious. The dessert was tasty as well. And a very nice house red - yum! Very friendly waiters and a lovely ambience. A very enjoyable dinner.

We enjoyed the ambiance and the food was good, but not great. We ordered the cassoulet as it is their specialty. It was tasty enough but not as good as we'd hoped considering the reviews and multiple mentions that the Le Colombier cassoulet was the best in town. We also got the steak and potatoes, which was also good not great. I'd probably try elsewhere if I was to return to Toulouse.

The restaurant was pleasant, peaceful, and stylish. Service professional and friendly (with fun-making waiter). But the proclaimed cassoulet with goose confit, for which we headed there, was extraordinarily salty! Maybe the saltiness belongs to this dish, but it was definitely not something I would like to eat more often, at least not with that much salt!
