Why 5 stars? Simply because you need to be here at night 9-10pm ish after all the huge day crowds of tourist like you and me stay out of your way to take a gorgeous night shot toward Sacre-Coeur. To the point that even the local will follow your photo angle to take a selfie. Do yourself a big favor, bring a decent camera. You're in Paris, after all any city street view can be an award winning pix.
