Hôtel défavorable
Personnelle insultant et n'ayant aucun respect du client.
Hôtel qui vous préleve de l'argent à votre insu
Suite à une demande d'annulation suite à un événement avec la SNCF
Réceptionniste qui confirme aucun retrait et une semaine plus tard vous êtes prélevé
Puis suite a leurs vole sur carte bleu un dépôt de plainte à etait effectué

Очень холодно в номере. Впервые в жизни пришлось спать в пальто и в шапке. Дверь в номер прямо с улицы, стены ледяные, кровать тоже. Даже при включенной батарее, номер не нагревался и батарея через пару часов выключалась. Утром я поняла причину: когда в номере никто не живёт, он стоит нараспашку и попросту выстывает на морозе. Когда я пожаловалась на холод, мне предложили другой номер, чуть менее, но холодный.
Если вы не любитель прохлады, не выбирайте этот отель зимой.

Everything was just excellent for the price we've paid (EUR 55):
1) Location is not exactly central, but very convenient: metro station Alesia is within 5-minute walk (line 4 goes directly to Saint-Germain des-Pres, Notre-Dame de Paris, Sacre-Coeur and flea market, and also intersects with all other metro lines) and RER B / OrlyBus station is within 10-minute walk (direct connection to Orly and CDG airports), several groceries are just around the corner. Importantly, the neighborhood is calm and safe, nice Montparnasse cemetery and Park Montsouris are nearby (10 to 15-minute walk).
2) The hotel staff were welcome and allowed an early check-in at no cost (we arrived at 7 am).
3) Rooms were good: clean and with all most necessary stuff (hairdryer, plenty of sockets, TV where we watched EURO 2016 when we didn't want to go somewhere, enough space for baggage and clothes). So, a very solid option for a sightseeing visit to Paris!
What could be better:
- WiFi signal was weak on our third floor (but excellent on ground floor); - sound insulation in the bathroom could be better; - no elevator and quite narrow staircase - not an issue for us, just be aware.
