We made reservations 2 weeks ago for AVIS preferred car that will be returned in Amsterdam in 1 week. Avis sent us an email that car is ready. We get to this location & they do not have a car class we reserved that can be driven outside of France. They had to make phone calls to locate a car. 3 hours later & still waiting for a car.
