I’m not one to write a review but we were at this hotel for less than 24hrs and had three terrible experiences. The men at the front desk were rude, slow and gave us misinformation. When we checked in he demanded we take out euros to pay the “tourism fee”, when we fought back about it so he made us also buy waters to use the debit machine to pay the fee. We booked through Expedia and it had breakfast included. When we went to eat and they told us it was not included (even after we showed them the booking stating the free breakfast). They wanted 13 euro for a piece of bread and a hard boiled egg. The rooms were fine for what we paid but very small. The concierge ordered us a taxi saying it would be cheaper than us ordering one. He said 36 euros, it came to 62 euros when we got to the airport which was more expensive than our cab into Paris. It seemed like the cab driver was a friend of the gentlemen at the hotel. Overall I thought the service was very unprofessional and would not stay here again.

Great location and ideal if just staying for a night or two. Beds are very firm and there's no way to make hot water in the room, but the staff are friendly and are generally helpful. Also, you're really close to the eiffel tower.

Quaint rooms, super convenient location, free wine and cheese every night. My only complaint was the noise level (walls are pretty thin) and there were rowdy guests staying at the hotel that night (drunk at the lobby). The receptionist tried a couple of times to get them to quiet down -- to no avail.

Great place to see French culture. Cute rooms, friendly staff, and awesome location. 3 minute walk to Eiffel tower. 5 minute walk to sienne river. Loved all of it.
