I'm very surprised by your position,🙉, your suspicion about me being a concurrent: I'm a doctor, I'm not in a beauty industry, so nothing to do with the beauty business at all. As a doctor, I'm saying to you that the level of hygiene is terrifying: I saw your instruments and I saw your old, dirty and not one-time files! I saw them by myself!!
About cancellation policy you should inform all your customers because they are not common( usual), it's difficult to find any other salon with the same policy! So you should do your best and inform the clients about it , and not just saying : you are free to read on the web-site. Yes, We are free to read.....and you are free to explain to all your customers!!! Life is too short to spend it reading your special policy especially when We have got a choice to go to a better salons with a normal ( usual policy)!
Yes, I just started giving my opinion on Google ( your salon was the third), because I'm tired of bad service, bad salons etc, and from all my hart trying to worn people that they wount have my bad experience. For that reason We have got this opportunity on Google and on another sites! And thanks God that We have got it,🙏🏻. And I will continue doing this for a people,🙏🏻.
Following your logic and style I can say that maybe a good comments you put by yourself or your friends put them ( to attract a clients)....
Ps:one famous businessman said , that the best way to improve your business is to listen to the feedback of your clients! Your attitude is opposite!
I really regret that I wasted my time in your salon and I would like to worn people about it .
Avoid this place, its not a salon, it's a joke.
Was doing a pedicure there and didn't like it at all! The level of hygiene is terrible, they are using an old and not one-time files, another instruments are also not clean( I doubt it if they desinfect them well!)
Be very careful with a cancellation policy, they are using all the tricks just to get your money, couldn't care less about the clients .( so protect yourself, always ask about all the details of canceling or postponing the appointment, because they don't explain anything by themselves) and after taking 50% as a reimbursement!
Not recommended! There are a lot much , much better places in Nice! Never again!

Girls , dear ! Do not go to the salon for a manicure !! Did manicure , the cuticle is now a fringe . We had to pay extra for everything! For removal of from 5 to 15 € , 3 coat of varnish , but promised that the coating is dense , with the mix of colors and so on. The fact that the curves were coated sawing and damaged skin of fingers , I am silent .
