Perfect location. Unfortunately hotel beach closes at 6:30! But great for exploring old town Nice in the evening as well.

Excellent proximity to the beach, old town, and much of the sights in Nice. All 4 hotel staff members we interacted with were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Most were well versed in English and French. Rooms were clean and tidied up promptly every morning after our daily departure. Would stay here again.

1. Decent 2 Star hotel but I will not stay again unless I have no where to go. :(
2. Location is good, but only if you have sea view rooms.
3. Way too expensive for a room which has a bed you need to climb bed.
4. I dont mind paying something, If I been told. I cant believe that website has 40 photos and none showed climb bed in it. This is misguiding.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. My mom, aunt and I went to Nice for my birthday. We arrived and were told that we had booked a room for two people and not three . The manager started speaking to us in a very loud manner and told us we will have to book at another hotel. After a lot of yelling on both sides, he gave us a room which he said was a single bed and charged us as much as the double room. When my aunt got to her "single" bedroom, turns out it's double bedroom all along and he was bullshitting. The room in which my mom and I stayed, had horrible lights and the heating did not work. We asked for a solution and he said there is no small heaters or any solution basically.
For the last night, they finally moved the three of us in one room which had slightly more space. We only got 2 paper cups in the room and asked for one more. The housekeeping was extremely rude. Upon asking for just one more, the lady kept arguing that we have enough paper cups in the room. This attitude was absolutely unnecessary. After providing us with a paper cup, she made it clear by her body language of how annoyed she was of us.
We were so happy to be leaving this horrible hotel and go back home. We asked the lady at the reception to have our luggage carried by a porter. She told us they don't have any porters at all, I gave her the solution of asking a male member of staff. She simply told me that there is no one to help me carry my heavy bags down. Also, there are no lifts in the hotel. While we were shocked by this, two elderly ladies came up to her and complained loads about their toilets and the cleanliness. I guess it wasn't just us who was extremely disappointed. The beautiful beach wasn't even "Private" as anyone could come and enjoy. They did not make us feel welcome and it felt like they made sure we had a bad experience. They obviously don't care as people would still come and pay them so much money because of their location. I would never book this hotel again. Such a waste of money and really effected my trip.
