Very friendly and helpful staff.
I scratched the car a little bit in a parking lot and they asked me to fill out a form for it, I had full insurance and it should be covered (let's wait and see).
I picked up the car at Avignon and dropped off at Nice, thanks for tips in other reviews I found the parking lot entrance with only a tiny hesitation. But the parking tower is a pain in the ass with super narrow path rotating up to the top floor and found only one spot left for Hertz which need some skill to park.

Please don't even bother getting your car here.
1. No customer service and people are super rude to service you
2. The car park is terrible. It seems they want you to scratch your rental cars in order to get your money from the cars
3. They will try to upsell you insurance.
4. They over charge your credit card after you return the car after one-two weeks without giving you receipt
5. The telephone number on the website is literally useless. They will not pick up your phone for the whole day. Even they finally pick it up, they will find a reason to hang up your phone (e.g., "we have a lot of costumers today...") well... am I not a customer as well?

Please... stay away from this place!!!!

You should leave your car at a multilevel parking lot next to the train station (left side), then take elevator to the ground level and go to train station itself for checkout.

So Rude! I walked into this location to see if I could rent a car for 6 days. After waiting in line for a good 15 minutes I started to speak with the agent when an French man and his wife walked right up to the counter waiving their reservation ticket. Upon seeing this the agent told me she was going to help us both at the same time and before I knew it I was standing behind the man while she took another 10 minutes to get their already reserved car ready in the system. I don't know if it was just because I was American that I got pushed to the side, or if they treat everybody this way. Finally after she was done getting the man checked in, it took her a whole 60 seconds to inform me that the car was going to be about twice as much as it was online because she couldn't take the insurance option off. I've never been served with such apathy or incompetence at a car rental agency before. I've learned my lesson, book online and avoid the people element (and apparently get priority in line).
