Amazing experiences, Walid is an excellent waiter. He served us very good and gave lots of tips for the city. A must eat in Marseille.

Un lieu incontournable pour la dégustation de plat à base de poisson ou bien de fruits de mer, c'est un petit établissement, qui est vite plein car bien connu et reconnu, donc mieux vaut réserver. Des plats de poisson qui changent suivant les arrivages et les saisons, mais qui ravissent toujours les papilles. Si cet avis vous est utile pensez au pouce bleu, Merci

In A Nutshell:
-Small, but friendly/packed vibe.
-On a corner w/ sidewalk seating and some indoor seating.
-Very friendly staff, willing to go the extra mile to make you feel very at home and explaining all of their dishes and wines.
-The lobster and the fried sardines were to die for!
Overall, I'd come back again and highly recommend it.

Nice lunch but not worth the wait. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food was good but for the price I'd expect better service. I wasn't offered anything to drink other than the water on the table. My meal had clearly been forgotten, it took over 40 minutes for my simple dish of fried anchovies to appear. Two tables of four on either side of me came ate and left before my food arrived.

The decor and interior design is quirky and fun, the food is good (although I was expecting more from a seafood restaurant in Southern France). The service was just terrible. I'm not sure why - maybe because we were 2 women or because we were not French - but they didn't want to take our orders, took everybody else's first (that's people who arrived after us) and when it was finally our time to order we had to wait for 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. We told them that we were unhappy with this service and 'to make up for it' they gave us a half empty bottle of wine that people on the table next to ours didn't finish. I don't recommend this place.
