Nice business hotel, near to public transport, train station and mall. The room was clean and well equiped. I appreciated the cooking utensils as I like to cook my own meals.

Je suis locataire aux Estudines Lyon Saint-Nicolas,C'est super pratique pour aller au centre commercial,la gare Part-Dieu et Université Lyon 3.A proximité,je peux facilement trouver une pharmacie,un supermarché et des restaurants etc.
Je me sens bien en sécurité avec le badge personnel, A la réception est bien gentil et toujours à nos disposition jusqu’à 20h pour répondre nos questions.
L'appartement est tout à fait correct.ça correspond parfaitement à la vie de l'étudiant comme moi.La salle de bain et avec le baignoire,c'est incroyable!!! wifi ,kit linge sont fournis. Avec ma valise,rien de plus.Je me suis bien m'installée,je vous donc la recommande.

Good service, but apartments are very basic and quite anonymous. At least location is 10 minutes walking away from station. The biggest problem is that there were too many issues with internet such as continuous disconnection and very limited speed (2Mbps in download): I had to stay here four months, and the internet situation got worse and worse, with no updates.
In synthesis, if you're planning to stay in Lyon more than a weekend, suggestion is to go somewhere else.
