Well deserved reputation. The best ice creams in central La Rochelle. Tonton Maboule in the Minimes area just trumps it, but you won't go wrong with Ernest. Huge selection.

Amazing ice cream, waffles and gelato - probably the best I've ever had. Every time I come to La Rochelle I make it a stop.
