I stayed at this hotel last month with my family, and I had a very bad experience and memories.
Their rooms were not clean, beds are so was so hard and uncomfortable never seen any housekeeping when I stayed for two weeks, bead, and very uncomfortable we had to request extra matters to put on top of the bed and they gave us only one crib sized mattes, their food is not nice and expensive, gust hospitality ZERO. Hallway smells very bad it stinks. I really regretted I stayed their but it was too late.
I understand their price is pretty cheaper than the others in the area but I rather should pay more to get better and quality service,
The so called owner seemed to worry more about the MONEY than providing quality service and pleased gusts, this is not how you make business especially in the city like Addis that is growing rapidly. You need to weak up my friend and smell the coffee, please see your competitors and learn from them; otherwise you are not going to last long in this business.
