Loved the place. The service was absolutely amazing! The food was good as well. We tried the samosas, bhajias, naan, gravy and biriyani. All vegetarian food. Initially the biriyani was extremely spicy but upon request they offered to give us another plate with mild level of spice.
Overall our experience at Maharaja, ramses hilton was an enjoyable one and we would go back if ever in Cairo again.

They serve their own version of Indian food, you may like it if you wanna try something different, but if you go for authenticity then you shouldn't even try
