Det var en trist afsked, men forståeligt at niveauet ikke var det samme på dagen lukningen blev bekendtgjort.

Great experience for a memorable dinner. Superb soup made of Jerusalem artichokes with crispy bits, tournedos Rossini with truffles and then a de-structured snickers. Only good ingredients. Service was excellent with a lot of comments and great advise for wines. I will definitely come back and try another menu.

We tried the Monday Tuesday (may be Wednesday) menu.
It was only one option. A 3 course menu with 3 glassed of wine for 250 dkk . Sounds like a really nice offer.
But the food was boring, the red wine was really cheap and the coffee tasted bad.
I used to love the place, now I do not think I’ll go there again. At least not on Monday’s.

We tried this in August this year. The food was phenomenally creative and absolutely delicious. I recommend the full menu with wine - they really know how to pair this up. This is nordic cuisine at its best - the effect of local ingredients is transformative! The friendly staff is delightful and they even let you peek into the kitchen. I can't wait to get back to Copenhagen just to try this place again.
