A very nice cozy hostel, clean (the bathroom and shower were very clean, which is great). A small kitchen with basic utensils such as plates, mugs, glasses, some silverware, a fridge and a water boiler. The bed was comfortable. We were met by a very friendly receptionist :)
The only thing I found a little inconvenient was that there were no bedstands or bed side tables, as well as no shelves or anything like that to put clothes and towels on in one of the showers. Other than that - a great place to stay the night!

I hate to leave a bad review but I have to share my experience: I got bitten by bedbugs here (on september 19th 2017) I have bites all over my body and I actually saw the bugs.
they offered me a new room and when I didn't want to stay a second night they gave me a refund. staff was really nice and helpful. it was not the cleanest place (especially the kitchen) but the bathrooms were okay. I would not stay here again. If you stay here make sure to check for bed bugs!

Clean enough with the facilities you need. Restaurant next door that serves a reasonable breakfast, easy to get to, pretty central. Shared rooms are up a few flights of stairs.

Terrible and rude staff. There are two male reception staff. One of them is okay. And one female staff member- who is the single worst hotel/hostel employee I've ever encountered in my life and I travel a lot! I couldn't believe how rude she was. I asked her if she could order some food for me from the restaurant downstairs. She seemed to agree. A few hours later, I asked her if she had ordered. She acted surprised that I wanted her to order anything and asked if I'd like her to do so then. I said yes. A couple hours later, I asked again, and again she looked incredulous. At this point I was very hungry so I told her (politely) to forget about it and I would just go out. She responded by calling me crazy. I said I'm not crazy and she started yelling at me, then cursing at me and saying obscene things. There was no excuse for this. The next morning I told the male staff about this and they seemed unconcerned. I had been a guest at this hostel for two weeks at this point. Then later one of the guys at the front desk (March 5) told me that they were full and I couldn't stay there. I checked online and there were many vacancies... so he was just being a jerk. I was quiet, respectful, followed all the rules during my whole stay. This was completely uncalled for.
