15 minutes waiting on the table for a beer menu or at least to heard the options. After 25 I've got the beer but no glass at all. So more 5 minutes to have the 3 glasses we needed. Worst experience of my life by far. 30 minutes to have a glass of beer. Be aware.

Fox and Fiddle has a fun British Tavern feel, but with a better menu, no mushy peas here! There's a nice assortment typical (burgers, wings, pizza, nachos) and some more eclectic (scotch egg, bangers & mash, butter chicken skewers) options to suit different diners.
The wine selection is short, but reasonably priced (and wednesdays it's half priced bottles). They have some interesting signature cocktails, and the bar looks well stocked to serve your personal favorites.
However, I don't think the washrooms (located in the basement) are accessible.

Food was fantastic, the server was not; was not a very busy lunch service (maybe 6 or 7 tables total?) between two servers plus the hostess and manager was helping deliver food.
Had to remind server twice to bring our bills and we didn't get them until about 30 minutes after our plates were all cleared. Once we got them, the bills were wrong. When they were corrected the price on the bill for my sandwich did not match; it was a dollar more on my bill than the menu. I pointed out the discrepancy and the server's initial response was that there were known typos on the menu and that this was just one of the problems. I eventually told her I didn't care about the dollar, just that I wanted them to know about the issue, then she finally talked to her manager, and they deducted a dollar off my bill (not including tax).
I am not crying over 12 cents, it's more the principle of the matter that the menu prices apparently don't accurately represent what you will be charged, and the customer service level of the matter how it was handled was poor. The overall speed of the service was also poor. My sandwich and soup however was very good and tasty.
