I have as there to schedule an event. I was well attended and the prices are very competitive. The quality of the menu and the services are very attractive.

Really good hotel.
Located downtown, 1 block from the Theater (5 min walk) and the port is also near (20 min walk).
It is around 30 - 40R$ from the bus terminal by taxi (around 8kms).
The staff is really nice, helpfull & english speaking.
The room is really big (super king size bed), the AC is working fine. Shower and toilet are clean and nice.
The breakfast (my favourite part) is amazing. Really tasty with a lot of choose (cake, quiche, bread & jam, eggs...).
If you don't know where to go, I highly recommand you this hotel.
