“Absolutely average hotel”

The hotel location is somehow good, not far from the sea, from the central area and from the old city. The rooms are very large but ... it is very old everywhere, sockets not working, furniture broken, etc. But you can have a good sleep. Breakfast is awful and coffee as well (this is common to Azerbaijan everywhere). Also, it is not cheap. I would put Poor but the staff is very helpful and this made them Average.
