Alternating between the small plates of the Austrian stodge and the excellent beer is the perfect way to spend the afternoon. I'd recommend going to the palace and/or zoo in the morning so you don't feel too guilty about it

Craft beer in Europe is not what Americans may recognize. 7Stern is as close as you may find, with smoked, spicy, and other beers in addition to a solid Hefeweizen. For food, try the cheesy spätzle for the best food coma around. As a tourist, it's worth multiple visits.

Excellent home brewed beer and typical Austrian food. Usually packed. If you go there with more than 2 people it's recommended to make a reservation.

Really good beer! You can also buy bottles of their own beer, which is really great if you want to try all of them. Just be careful with the chilli one, it is very hot.

Seemed very touristy before I went. But I was wrong. Great Austrian food and beer. Awesome for groups. And the service was really good, as well. Vast beer selection.
