Amazing staff, great location. Only the building and interior need an upgrade as it seems quite old and outworn.

Excellent location, close to great shopping, restaurants and right by the most beautiful bookstore in the Americas. Good value for money. Clean, old furniture (except for a brand new TV), wifi never worked. Incredibly slow check-in process. All in all - location and value for money trump everything else.

The only thing nice about the hotel is the lobby.. The room was average with age old AC which kept making weird sounds every now and then. The bathroom was very nice. .the location is very nice. the restaurant service was extremely slow.. and there was a cockroach in the salad. Stay, if you have no other option but don't eat or drink here..

Fair priced for what you get, good service from the staff, older furniture and carpet, things look worn and old, mattress pretty poor, thin pillows, but I would stay there again the next time I go on business to Buenos Aires.
