The rooms were dirty, we were a group of people for 4 days and all the bedsheets were all dirty, full of strange spot stains...The service is awful and price expensive. There is plenty of better options in the area.

Awful, awful awful. Stayed here last year - looks great from the outside. Filthy rooms - we moved twice. No towels, toiletries or bath mat in bathroom. Went to reception AGAIN and waited nearly an hour for 1/2 a bath mat and ripped towels. The pool is a joke and no room to sunbath if 3-4 people there. Hideous place - couldn't wait to leave

I was charged for an "early check-in" even though the room was available and ready. Want to bring a guest back for the night? Charged again. After all those extra charges, you want a glass of wine, right? Think again. There's no bar tender at their fancy looking bar. And although the lobby is nicely decorated, the grime and mildew in the bathrooms definitely cancel it out. Also, when you read "king size bed" what you should read is "two singles shoved together - try not to fall in." First and definitely last time here.
